Light House Tower is the latest in Melbourne’s rapidly growing urban development, located right in the heart of the city this project is adopting the newest in sound isolation technology.
This tower is set to stand at 69 stories with over 600 apartments and is the collaboration of expertise on design and construction in high rise residential developments.
The Studco® Technical Team has worked closely with both project builder and contractors to provide suitable building solutions to meet acoustic requirements. This particular project called for a custom design ceiling throughout multiple levels including the use of Studco’s static deflection Resilmount® system. The newly released M30NR Resilmount is part of Studco’s innovative sound isolation products that are being developed to provide cost effective systems that can be simply installed and perform in accordance to the relevant Australian Standards.
